Rider’s Guide

Easy Lift is a non-profit, charitable organization established to provide curbside-to-curbside (with additional assistance as required) “Dial-A-Ride” transportation to senior citizens and people with disabilities in south Santa Barbara County who cannot use regular bus service. Easy Lift has some of the finest quality vehicles, highly trained drivers, and extensive communication and dispatch systems available.

Our easy-to-read “how to” rider’s guide is designed to give you basic information regarding Easy Lift. The guide should provide you with answers to most questions you may have about riding Easy Lift.
