  Dial-A-Ride Services  

 

Dial-A-Ride Passenger

Easy Lift's most commonly known service is Dial-A-Ride.  Each year we schedule tens of thousands of rides for over 1,500 frail-elderly and/or disabled individuals who take advantage of this door-to-door service.

To be eligible, clients must be physically or cognitively unable to ride MTD.  Our Dial-A-Ride program is subsidized through fundraising, grant writing, and public transit monies.  Clients pay only $3.50 for each one-way ride.

 
 

Dial-A-Ride trips are scheduled on a first call, first served basis.  No program or person may be given priority on Dial-A-Ride.  No priority is given based on trip purpose.

  Contract Services  
 

Easy Lift's Dial-A-Ride program is dedicated to serving individuals living independently.  It is expressly not designed for group homes and/or programs desiring transportation of their clients/residents for programmatic or recreational purposes.  Organizations needing to get their clients to activities can meet their transportation needs by contracting with Easy Lift for service.  We offer special group rates, usually billed by the hour, that vary depending upon the logistics involved.
